Just had new carpets installed, am extremely happy with the results. I couldn't be happier than I am with my new carpet. I went to Fowles not really knowing what type of carpet I wanted. Their range of carpets is quite extensive but the salesperson I spoke to, Ally King was fantastic. She gave me a number of perfectly suitable options to look at (all at really great prices), advised me on the different underlay options available and was able to givve me an accurate estimate using the floorplan images found online. Even though my house is an hour away from Fowles Calyton store, Ally arranged for a proper measure and quote to be done, and the installation to be done a few days after that. I was able to pay over the phone which saved me another 2 hour round trip. The customer service provided by Ally was exceptional. She made the whole process so easy. From my first phonecall to the carpet being expertly laid, everything went smoothly with zero delays or issues. The carpet is absolutely fabulous. I would recommend anyone in the market for new flooring to give Ally a call at Fowles Clayton.
